Love this store! Cashiers can be a bit rude. I just ignore them. A few baggers are long-winded. I oblige. Produce? Perfect. Dairy? Perfect! Pharmacy staff is FAN-FLIPPIN-TASTIC!! ♥️

shelves always stocked fresh meats , produce and the deli section staff is amazing. Best wraps and subs and selection of deli meats ...and the ladies over there are great! Definitely became a regular and never really used to shop at Publix before. The deli section does get very busy sometimes so have patience with staff they're going as fast as they can!
Kudos for the 5 Star customer service this morning at the Publix, New River Crossing. It was crazy at the meat counter with the department knee deep with customers, but the meat cutters so graciously trimmed a humongous brisket for us w/out hesitation. This was not the same reception we received at a competitor’s meat department the day before. Where other stores say “we don’t do that,” Publix always says, “what can we do for you.” Many thanks to you all.

I can not say enough about the great staff. Gabby (bakery) always does a PHENOMENAL job. I give her thoughts in my head & she decorates the cakes ( I’m always ordering cakes)better than I could imagine. Thank you, Gabby
