The customer service in the deli, sub department was rude and hateful like as if she is doing you a favor to make your sub to order, the lady is an older black woman. She seems to really hate her job. I asked her to dig out the bread, had to ask twice and she actually threw the inside on the floor, and seemed annoyed. You have so many kind helpful employees, but this is not my 1st bad interaction with this one lady

Terrible store. every time I go in there it’s a problem. Stood at the deli for 10 minutes and at least 6 people, including a manager, walked by me without acknowledging I was there or if I needed help. One lady making subs asked for others to help and nobody came they kept working behind the scenes not wanting to deal with customer. Publix needs to train their managers and employees about basic customer service and Publix needs to remember who is paying their bills.
