I bought mayonnaise from there yesterday and when I get it home I realize it expired in February. I tried to take it back and they told me due to the virus they were screwing over customers and not accepting returns or giving refunds even if it was their fault. That's the way to take advantage of a bad situation publix, rip customers off and blame it on a plague. I won't be back and this isn't over
The prepared hot food. Oh my, their food tastes homemade. Seriously, the mashed potatoes really better than mine and the fried chicken, yum yum. Please tell the kitchen staff, great work. We will be back. We’re just two old people. Lol.

Thanks to Publix bakery for this beautiful unicorn cake. It was delicious and my daughter absolutely loved it. Great job!!
4 lanes open, 2 regular and 2 10 and under lanes. Several ppl with big baskets in the line, several people standing at the front not checking, unloading baskets or anything just standing. The 10 and under lanes were empty but she decided to straighten up the cakes instead of checking someone out.
I am disappointed in the meat dept...I purchased sirloin fillets several times and they were not good....they were tough even though I marinated them for 2 days. In usually at the Florence location and theirs are always good.
RecommendedWe love everything about shopping in our Muscle Shoals Publix. But today I have a sick baby at home and didn't want to get her out in this cold. So when we saw the commercial for grocery delivery I went straight on line and am so very glad I did. I was texted when they were leaving Publix with my order and knew who was coming and what they were driving and they were very fast and so courteous! Needless to say this was such a blessing to me today and I will be using this service again. Thank you Publix!
