Customer service has really declined lately. If I'm going to receive Kroger service, I'm going to shop where there are Kroger prices.
Thank you to everyone in this store. Everyone that helped my husband and I today was amazing, sweet, helpful, and patient when we had no clue what we were doing.
First let me just say, the cashiers are on point always. Without them, this store would definitely be one star. Unless you want to be treated by any of the other employees like you're at Walmart, just don't bother. This store continues to go downhill with customer service and quality. I found tons on moldy avocados today and when I told the gentleman in the produce section he said he could wash it off. My business will be with Kroger from now on. I will not continue to pay more to shop at Publix.
Prices are a little high , but they have the best service there is ! The people that work there are very helpful and nice !
I am a regular Publix shopper. Today, my husband went to Milstead #1118 around 11:30 a.m. to buy some grocery items and an 8 piece fried chicken box for our lunch. When we sat down to eat, we both noticed the chicken was extremely greasy. It tasted like it had been cooked in old fryer oil and the taste was just off. We did eat some of it because we were hungry and didn't want to drive back to the store for a new batch. We'll be giving the leftovers to the dogs.
