We shop this store very frequently-- it's our favorite. However, you clearly have downshifted from your high season over the top friendliness to your off season treat the locals like secondhand citizens mode. I finish bagging my own groceries, put them in my cart and am on my without a thank you or even a grunt from the staff. During season- your staff practically beg to carry my things to my car. Obviously I love Publix. Have you not seen me there?
Never again will I go to this Publix. It's not my usual Publix but it was by where I was at. I went in and the cashiers were so rude they acted like they were high-end and too good for me. Lesson learn to stick to my usual two Publix I go to.
Well it's everywhere no help blame it on Ice when legality starts I have been here in naples for 25 years I have watch Spanish section go from 1 full ile too I cant find almost none and help wanted everywhere pretty soon no one will afford to get your yard done or tomatoes will be a luxury
Under staffed deli as usual. Waited ten minutes finally left without what i came for. Told manager still got no help. 5 people working on other things. This is ridiculous at 5-6pm you know people get off work and shop. Step it up. You cannot just cater to vacation and retirement people....
