I genuinely have to ask: is this how Publix trains its deli staff? There was a line of customers waiting to be served, yet somehow TWO employees were both needed to prepare ONE salad for ONE customer. Meanwhile, everyone else just stood there waiting. I understand that some orders take time. What I don’t understand is how it makes any sense to have both available employees focused on the exact same order while an entire line goes completely unserved.
