This place does not follow the mask ordinance. I was told that they will not be enforcing there customers to wear them, nor refusing entry. they care more about profit that safety.

store employees were sanitizing cards before I got in the store okay. They're very nice and helpful employees will be back

My favorite Publix! Great quality across the store and love the BOGOs. Dr. Sherelia in the pharmacy is a top notch pharmacist, and she remembers me by name. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They have walked my groceries out to my car several times just because it is a kind thing to do! I was a manager at a small, hometown grocery store for five years and this Publix has that same feel. A little expensive on some items, especially when compared to Kroger, but that isn’t the employees’ fault.

The pharmacy manager was so rude on several occasions. The first time I thought okay she’s having a bad day. But the second time she was even more rude than the last time. I don’t recommend this pharmacy. I never expected to be treated this way from a professional. I never expected this from a Publix store. So very disappointed.

I will have to say this is the first time I have ever had to complain about a Publix. I went to the Madison Blvd location Pharmacy to geta flu shot since they have been doing so much advertising about it. I asked if I could get a shot because it was 5:20p the girl said it would be an hour I said you have that many people, the pharmacist chimes in, in a rude tone and says because I have 27 Rx in front of you. I left went to another Publix filled out the form, it took less than 5 min. I will never go there again. Poor customer service.

Bakery staff always smiling and ready to help. Today she even suggested I stop by deli for game food to go with my goodies I'd pickup at Bakery. i did and I'm glad. Beautiful finger foods ready for game to start! SEC Championship today Al vs Ga.

I live in NC and called the bakery to order a cake for a good friend. I spoke with Jordan who so friendly and helpful!! The cake was delivered, I think by the manager, who my friend said came to her house upbeat and super friendly!!! Thank you so much for helping me from miles away to surprise her with a birthday cake�
