If I could rate 0 stars I would. The customer service manager here is atrocious. Her attitude is OUT of line. She’s rude to her employees IN FRONT of customers. I am a general manager at an establishment and I manage employees as well and I’d NEVER treat mine the way she has. I went to the front to purchase two bottled drinks (which is something they normally do) The lady in front of me must have been having tickets printing for her, so the employee took me to pay for my (two drinks).
