For some reason, will be seeking an answer, the throw food into the garbage as policy instead of donating to those in need or to farmers. They also, per policy, don't use in other departments such as the deli, culled produce such as tomatoes on sandwiches. Food-waste shouldn't be occurring.
I Was just blessed by Taylor my pharmacist at Publix. Not working since February 29th has taken a toll financially and there are prescriptions that I've needed. I anxiously told her this morning just to put my meds back can i could not afford them right now. When i got there to get Danny's med she blessed me with a $25 Publix gift card to help with my meds. I Was able to get my blood pressure medication and still have some left to help with food. Bless you Taylor...and thank you Publix

While shopping in this store this evening, I was FaceTiming my daughter while she decided which characters she wanted on her good 2 grow juice, and my hands were full. (I only intended on getting 2 things, but I got carried away 😆.) I put everything on the floor to show her all the characters you all had. The awesome Bakery and the bakery staff! They went above and beyond to help me with my order and then gave me more than I ever expected! They truly do understand what excellent customer service is!

The store manager who I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday, Joe was exceptional. I'm not from Lagrange, but felt right at home thanks to his hospitality and his willingness to help!
