I literally will never shop anywhere else! After living all over the country I can say #publix has the absolute best customer service. Example: tonight while shopping with a very tired and cranky 2 year old the employees went above and beyond to make her happy to be there. She was given a pink balloon and sugar cookie. I needed a rotisserie chicken and was helped quickly and given a fresh one. I am always asked to be helped to my car and with little kids this makes such a difference. You know I love to give good press!! Today, I'd like to send a huge pat on the back to Brian, the manager of Publix on Lady's Island!! I was searching for caramel wraps for Lilah's teacher and they hadn't received their shipment yet. He called the other locations and found them in Bluffton, which is no small trek. I told him I'd go later today because she needs them tomorrow. He insisted that he pick them up for me on his way home and they will be at this store for morning pick up!! Public's provided excellent services when I went there I was very much satisfied
Have to say I'm a bit disappointed. I purchased a 6 pack of Omission beer last weekend. I should have checked the expiration date as the beer expired February 22nd 2017... What a waste of ten dollars.
Beautiful, clean store with helpful, friendly staff, wonderful selections and great service.
