I love the meat section the staff especially Mr William , Juan , Jamal , There is this Spanish older gentleman Nelson and Pauly all of them are so nice and friendly willing to cut what size meat you like they go the extra mile and so warm hearted and ask me if I need help I feel so at home there it’s a joy to go and see them and they will cut what ever meat you need cut to you’re liking and I love the seafood section the staff Brenda is so nice and the other staff also there...Continue Reading
What has happened to the deli here?? The past 3 times we’ve been here to pick up Subs we’ve ordered online they aren’t ready and took 15-20 min past when they were supposed to be ready. The employees behind the counter seem to always be arguing with each other. Shopping has definitely not been a pleasure in the deli. 😔
Someone should check in on Carol in the deil (making sandwiches at 4:30pm on March 14th), apparently she's having a bad day and wants her customers to have a bad day too. I hope it's just a bad day and her being so miserably rude isn't normal anyway
Well Publix is a very nice food store. The selection is great in every department. Unfortunately the prices are very high! Alot of the same foods can be found at other markets for up to 30% less! The buy one get one free sales are nice on certain items. Publix is very clean and the service is very good there, I will go back because they do bake their own breads and pastries there which I do enjoy, if they would consider lowering their prices it may bring me around more often...
Pharmacy Doug took care of major issue with Express Scripts enabling me to obtain much needed medicine and not have yo wait until it came in the mail.
I went there for the bogos for Memorial Day. Half the signs were not posted in the right place and very confusing. I need to get cash back. I had to do 4 separate transactions. That is absolutely ridiculous. Second the cashier was extremely rude because I had to do multiple transactions. Told me I have to go customer service. She is not doing any more. I tried to pay the rest of the stuff with a Gift Card. They could not get the machine to work. Once again shopping was not a pleasure. This is why I stick to Winn Dixie or Wal... read more
I recently wrote concerning poor service I received at store 0866. I received a letter from the manager, I am sure he was forced to write as it stated his apology and included a gift card. Well, I got another slap in the face as there was no gift card included. I wonder if he wrote it off and then kept it as a way to get at me again. I wanted to make corporate aware so they will see his lack of concern and dishonesty! I hope he chokes on whatever he bought with the gift card!
