Overall Nastiness Oozes From These Staff Members at La Belle Plaza Publix Far too many of the employees at the La Belle Plaza Publix are simply 'off' -- some are exceedingly aloof, others rude for no reason, while some are simply backward and hopeless. I cannot wait until the automatic check out kiosks become available ! !
While I like this location, I have to say that seeing a couple shop with a gold collared Iguana does not make shopping a pleasure. Since when are reptiles considered a “service animal “? 🤣🤣🙄😎
Great experience in this store! We urs our neighborhood Publix. We shopped there today during this frenzy of the scare over the Virus. Kudos to this Publix on Highland Ave. Shelves stock, wiping carts off & a very polite staff. You are appreciated. I am sure you all have your own concerns of what is happening. Worried for friends & families you have.
Took my Mom there for first time in an electric cart. A Publix employee “Bernie” and fixture at this store, instructed her on how to use the cart. We did not knock down any displays !!!! Thank You Bernie and Publix for giving my Mom a wonderful day of recovery!!!

What's with the Pharmacy staff? The three of them talked to a friend for almost an hour, ignoring customers, Then when I tried to use the online doctor, it didn't work, and the Pharmacist tells me Publix doesn't maintain them well. He didn't seem to know how it works and wasn't interested in me being helped.
The pharmacy is always having technical issues with recieving prescriptions, its always the doctors offices that have a problem, never the pharmacy. Different family members and friends, all with different physician offices. Very little variety of groceries and other supplies. I would drive an extra 5 miles from my house to avoid this particular Publix.
