"I love shopping at this store, but my experience this Tuesday was very confusing. While trying to shop the current week's deals, I found that the sales areas and end caps were already being stocked with next week’s products. Ash, from their bakery completely went out her way to find me the second to last cookie cake they had stocked to customize for me. I was a complete stranger and the process was clearly her going out her way. She was very nice, attentive and genuine.
