I cannot say enough great things about the pharmacy team at Publix Pharmacy at Ogden Market Place. Andrew, Kandice, Jasmine, Lindsay,  and the entire crew consistently provide the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company—not just a pharmacy. Over the years they have gone far beyond what anyone would normally expect, and they treat every customer with genuine care and respect. Picked up an order of mardi gras chicken today got home opened the container and the chicken was so small that the flats had no meat after cooking. A pigeon.would have been larger. When publix first opened here we ordered mardi gras wings regularly and they ere great. Now the the wings are over spiced or under spiced or so small not worth the effort. The effort. Id there not a recipe where the hell is quality control. Publix is overpriced and if you are going to charge more the quality had better be there,

I want to give huge thank you to Alice for going above and beyond for me. I needed to transfer some very important medications from another pharmacy, and she handled everything with such patience, care, and professionalism. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and reassuring during the stressful transfer process, making the whole thing so much easier. Alice, thank you for being such a genuinely great human being. They are lucky to have you!!!

During my visit, I observed an employee named Liz speaking disrespectfully and loudly to another employee in front of customers. Even after walking away, she could still be heard from another aisle. This behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.

I am a Black customer who has experienced repeated discriminatory treatment at the Hunter Creek Publix location through profiling, selective enforcement of rules, and unequal treatment compared to other patrons. On or about [insert date], the Store Manager, identified as Bailey, stated that a restriction on use of the store’s cyber café area was implemented because it was “observed” that I was present there 8–10 hours per day. Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience at this location. I observed what appeared to be unequal and discriminatory treatment in the dining area. On multiple occasions, young Black customers were told they could only sit and eat for a limited time and were asked to leave, while other customers were allowed to remain seated and eat without interruption for significantly longer periods. They refused to fill my inhaler prescription refil, said it was to soon and insurance will not pay, so happy gasping. My doc had to call and tell them that I would pay cash for it and so they comply. Any decent and caring pharmacy would have told ME that yesterday, while I was standing there turning blue. They are a disgrace.
