Standing at the deli, no other customers and there are 6 workers hanging out talking. I wait 10 full minutes then I ask “there are 6 of you and 1 of me, can no one help me”? The guy says to me, someone was just in here coughing and I have old ppl at home I cannot afford to get the virus, then he washes his hands and helps me! This store get worse and worse. It’s the new Winn Dixie! Won’t be back here! I pass plenty on my way home from work that I can shop somewhere else! Seems as though the virus is hurting customer service!... read more

This Publix is opening early from 7am till 8am for Cleveland Clinic healthcare employees ONLY! What about the rest of us healthcare workers that work 12 hr shifts and can’t come after work because you’re closed... Pretty crappy to do for 1 place and not others. I work in a hospital right behind Cleveland Clinic, what’s the difference?

Helpful staff, convenient location, good variety of products, nice fresh fruits and vegetables, and the store is clean. The bakery is great. Having the pharmacy there is a plus.
