We love our Islands Publix!
Pretty clean and friendly store.
Publix employees are the best! I don’t know how they screen their employees, but it is a winning formula. Today, I had a produce area employee go over and above trying to track down an item for me. I left with the item for which I was looking. He came and tracked me down to bring it to me. I made sure to tell the customer service desk as I was leaving. I’m always pleased with the service at this location.
Customer service is awful. I contacted customer service and their response..."due to high customer concerns we will respond in 48 hours". I will move my shopping to Kroger.
