I've always found this Publix to be clean and friendly. It has served me well while my more local one is being renovated and I think I'll actually stay. Once I left my umbrella in the cart and the staff at the customer service desk were a great help in finding it. And as for the review that said they couldn't find seltzer or soda water, it is probably located by the waters and I'm sure the folks at this Publix would have been more than happy to have shown you if asked.
DO NOT order a sub online to pickup here. They do not get the order right and put no effort into making it. Actually they must put effort in to making it awful. I got a boars head cuban and asked for light mustard and pressed. Instead I got a greasy soggy mess with mayo on it and looks like someone just smashed it with their hand to "press it". Awful. Publix I have my reciept and item ticket and pictures if you want them.
