Publix is always awesome! They are the best if you ever have a problem their manager will make it right. I have been shopping at Publix for 60 plus years and yes shopping is always a pleasure. They have the best lit & cleanest stores around
Kylie in the bakery needs better customer service training! The rewards program needs to be better explained, especially in regards to the Birthday perks for receiving a cake. I placed an order over the phone in the bakery department and clearly stated my intention for calling, and made it clear that I'm a new member of the rewards program. I asked the man over the phone how it works, he told me I place an order then show up confirm my birthday and I'm good to go.
