Hello I recently just stopped by Publix to do some minor couponing (I only used 4 coupons) and I encountered a VERY rude cashier and what seems a supervisor. The cashier was named Jenna on her tag but my receipt says Gina B. The supervisor was named Lisa. So she was ringing everything up and I had the coupons ready and I accidentally grabbed the wrong item which the coupon excluded so I told the cashier it was okay and that I would put the item back and switch it for an item the coupon permits. Most days I recommend Publix as they are curteous and helpful. I was so disappointed yesterday June 9th. Most item I go to Publix to purchase were out of stock, for example jimmy dean sage sausage, turkey sausage crumbles and even lunch meat in the deli was limited. I understand limited items during the pandemic. I wanted to check out with Publix new touch less check out via the app. The cashier was not familiar with it but we got through it and then she handed me a receipt. Really - that’s not touch less. The people, for sure. Always helpful. Yesterday, I was picking up drugs at the pharmacy and was saying that I was almost out of paper face masks and wasn't good at sewing. One of the technicians immediately gave me a cloth mask that someone had made for her. Love Publix.

I absolutely love my Publix. However, I don't know if this "Pandemic" has made everyone become their very worst? My bagger put my "precious commodity" BREAD , in with my banana's and thought nothing of it getting smashed! Especially with limits at this time. Then a team leader checked me out, and was upset, because I did three different transactions.
