RecommendedI visited this Publix for the first time yesterday and found the store very clean and well stocked and with very nice produce. But what I noticed the most was the friendliness of the staff and the great customer service. I would like to commend Nancy in the Deli department who went out of her way to assist me in finding an item I was looking for. I do not live in Greenville but I will go to this store anytime I am in town.
Was racially profiled at self checkout. There was no one watching the other customers check out their items and yes the other customers checking out were white. I came to the only register available to check out my groceries and immediately an employee came up to me and asked me what my favorite movie was. I was caught off guard and told him that i didn't know. He stood right next to me until i scanned all of my items. I was extremely uncomfortable. Plus a story of AH-MAZING customer service!!! 🙌 This afternoon, I ventured out with the kiddos to pick up Piper’s birthday cake from Publix. Y’all!!!! I dropped the freaking cupcakes in the store!!! I am under 5 feet and was figuring out how I would get the cinnamon apple sauce off the top shelf. A grocery associate saw me and said wait ma'am I'm coming. He hurried and said I got you. He reached the product for me and was so friendly. I wish I saw his name but it was this afternoon between 2:30 and 3. Everyone was very friendly.

I am disappointed in this price gouge. The upc don’t match but it rang up as if it was the mega roll. I just happen to need toilet paper and had little choice.
