Store was clean and well stocked. I got what I needed and headed to the chekstand to find only 2 open. Lines of people. I thought that was against policy?
Congratulations Publix. Your new convoluted store layout defies most common logic, and has made many items impossible to locate. I'd ask if I could find an employee anywhere in the aisles, and FYI most seniors are not going to trek up to the front desk to ask, then return to the stacks. Time to find another store!
I went to your store for the hundredth time to cash a check and was told i couldn't. I ALWAYS go to this store with no issues. Of course today it was. The girl had to ask all these managers about it. I got my check back and walked out.
Absolutely love this store. Look forward to our "snow bird" time in Clermont so I can shop here. Great value, wonderful people. Wish we had a Publix near home in Souderton, PA!
The customer service was awesome! Even with the storm on it's way the people were ever so polite. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you for your service.
