Deli: 3rd time ordering subs online and picking them up. They are never made on time and are usually made incorrectly. This time, we waited over half an hour past the scheduled pickup time, they didn't even apologize to us, just handed us our sandwiches and walked away. Everytime I order online it's never ready for pick up. Employees respond with an attitude or try to tell you you're at the wrong location. Don't know why I even bother with this location.
This is my neighborhood store. Can't beat the customer service & convenience.
Such a nice experience shopping at this Publix on Christmas Eve. They closed at 7pm, but still let stragglers in after 7, and they smiled at everyone. I asked for help finding something and the manager handed me a five dollar gift card for the holidays. The bagger separated cold from dry goods as requested and walked me to my car in the rain. Now that's quality customer service. Above and beyond.
