The Publix by my house is no longer a pleasure to go shopping. It is stressful and confusing. Those that work there can’t help anyone because they don’t have a clue where they have moved the merchandise. It is the third time I have had to go because I leave not able to find what I’m looking for. I love Publix, but this change is ridiculous!
I have shopped at this store for over 20 years. I have always found all the personnel helpful and friendly. Glad they're less than a mile away.
Thanks to this Publix, I am sitting in the Urgent Care with my son with food poisioning from chicken. This is not the first time. My neighbors and friends from our area have been sick from this Publix, it has been brought to the attention of the meat manager and he says we didn't handle the food right.Well guess what buddy neither did yor staff it was cooked chicken from the deli. NEVER AGAIN!
I placed an online order to be picked up the following day at 4:45pm. I received an email "confirmation", and went about my day. I arrived at the deli at around 6ish pm handed my printed "confirmation" over and my order could not be found. They then started to somewhat panic and I said "don't worry about it, if it's not ready I don't want it non edible and sloppy looking."
