If it is Publix policy for staff to wear masks during the pandemic, then they should enforce it. Customers rely upon information about compliance with CDC guidelines when shopping. Many staff had masks hanging below their chins and masks that fell below their noses. Technically they had a mask on, however if a mask does not cover both the nose and the mouth it’s useless. I mentioned to one of the store personnel that I'm sure if she had a choice she would not wait on people that did not wear a mask and she said as she took her mask down that there were many of them that would not wear them if they didn't have to. I asked her why She would feel that way and she just shrugged her shoulders. Over all Publix is doing everything they can to keep the population safe it's unfortunate that they have to allow idiots and morons in the store.

The deli is horrible. It takes forever
Went to Deli to get lunch—wonderful variety but especially liked the little eat in area and the check out so you didn’t have to go through regular checkout!! I love Publix in general but this was especially nice!!
Why can't the people in the Deli slice thin? I am so tired of buying Boars Head, and they can't get it right. Is it because English is their second language. .Barely! What does sliced thin, almost shaved mean to you?.. They show me a slice, I say a little thinner, they nod yes, .. I get home it's NOT thin... I live here, since the 80,s.. I will shop at Fresh Market, or go to Marco.. I have made this complaint before on and at this Publix... Hire people who can understand English, and get it right for the customer.
