I’ve been getting my groceries at this location for more than two years, but lately something has changed. Many of the workers on the floor seem like they don’t care about the customers. They block the aisles, and when you politely say something, their responses are defensive.I don’t want to shop at a store where the employees make you feel like you’re the problem. It honestly feels like some of them dislike the customers. I hope management addresses this situation, because the experience has become very disappointing.
I love this Publix very much. All employees are very well trained. Everyone is to be congratulated.
