RecommendedTheir deli section has the best fried chicken on the island. HOWEVER!!! The staff behind the fried foods counter are always rude and unprofessional, unfriendly and unhappy. This is the case every. Single. Time. I’m. There. I’m done going. Have complained to no avail.

Went to Publix to get fried chicken . waited for the guy to cook some he said come back in 20 minutes, I had shopping to do so it was 25 minutes, got home ,Just sat down to eat my Sunday dinner WHAT BLOODY CHICKEN Yuck , forget dinner back in the oven 😒
I love their deli! Always quick service and a smile. It's been a while, but they beat most of the so called sub sandwich outlets, by a grand mile!

This is the WORST. Publix ever . All the other locations have friendly and helpful staff , not here though . Wish they would hire a new manager and fire all of the lazy staff . Today at checkout I made a comment to two employees about the meat department because during the last few weeks the sale prices were clearly advertised but staff didn't bother to mark prices accordingly , mentioned one item I wanted , and both of them couldn't be bothered to help me , just said to come back tomorrow and hopefully they will fix it . I love this store ! The employees are most pleasant and helpful. One in particular is my favorite: a "young" bagger named Charles. Not only did he give me a Christmas card and thank me for shopping at "our Publix," but today, he left for a moment to get me a coupon [to reduce my bill]. When I joked that I owed him $2, he said, "Oh no. Come back tomorrow and donate it. Tomorrow we start our Children's Miracle Network drive." LOVE that man !!! Good hire Publix !
