This is the best Publix in the area. Everyone is always friendly and personable. The customer servise is superb and employees generally go above and beyond here. I enjoy coming here and surprised to see so many negative reviews.
We came to this Publix near closing and we were out of options for seafood that we were craving. Mark in the seafood area had already cleaned up and put all the fish away. We asked if we could possibly get some salmon and he went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we got some fish! Phenomenal customer service on his part! Amazing personality and person all round. Definitely a keeper! Good on him!!
Bad customer service. 3 people used the self check out. The cashier nearby said hello to the white presenting lady when she walked up, but nothing to the black lady when she walked up. A black man walked up. No greeting only a dirty look. When the white presenting lady left with her order, she received a "have a nice day. " The black lady who left a moment later recieved nothing. This happened on 3/2 around 9 am. Please review your cameras and help this cashier with the standard of customer service publix is known for.
