Thank you to the amazing bakery! The oven broke, but they went above and beyond to make sure the cookie cake we ordered was ready! That meant personally driving to another store and bringing it back to decorate. THANK YOU! �
At least 50% of the time the publix subs or flat breads are not ready on time when online ordering. Sucks, because I love publix subs, this location is just awful at it and happens to be the closest to my house. :(
Every single person we encountered working at Publix while we were preparing for the hurricane was so kind and pleasant. Thank you Publix for working extra to help us prepare for this storm. Had purchased some Publix Brand (lasagna) in the box opened the boxes and it had bugs in it I don't know what kind of bugs they were but it had alot in both boxes
Went to the Deli to purchase fried chicken. There was none available so I asked one of the employees what the wait time for some would be. She said she would check, walked away and continued to do other things. I waited 15 minutes. Another customer came and asked the same employee the same question and immediately received an answer. This Publix has the disadvantage of not being built as a Publix. This doesn't bother me much as they have done a beautiful job redoing it. Every time I come to Orlando, I go shopping there. It is a great store with wonderful people!
