The store itself is great but this is about the BAKERY- My first cake at Covington was wonderful and decorated 100% accurate. After today I will not be ordering from them again. The cake was far from the custom cake I built online. I had the receipt, description, and pictures. When we tried to point out that it was not right all we got was attitude and pushback.
