I so love this Publix. Great customer service and the staff can't be any nicer.
Ordered my husband a cake online. I came in to pick it up and was greeted with friendly faces. The cake was moist and delicious! My husband was impressed with his birthday cake! The ladies in the bakery did an outstanding job! Thank you!

I love the store itself but the pharmacy needs work. My medicine was called in by first med. By the time i checked out at the dr office and made it across town to publix it was 35 minutes. When i arrived i waited another 10 minutes at the window. I was then told another hour. What??? Okay so i come back in an hour and went inside this time because there are 6 cars in line. Still waited another 25 minutes inside. And the cashier is the rudiest.
How long does it take to 'count out' pills? If I dropped off a script at 1pm Friday and was told it would be ready by that afternoon. Why is it that I am having to wait for them to count them out at 12:50 pm Saturday? I mean my 8 year old can count to 30!!
Absolutely amazing customer service and great people there. I would recommend shopping there to everyone!
