Today, Leanne & Team saved my butt! I don't need to go into crazy details but the biggest takeaway from the whole experience is that they turned my problem into a solution and did it efficiently while also being extremely friendly. This is my FAVORITE Publix, by far to shop at. Thank you so much for everything!
I got stuck in line for 10 almost 15 minute behind a person that wanted to wait until they got to the register to ask for "price checks and go get more meatballs, oh nvm i don't want them or the ones they picked so told the bagger to put them all back" .... After im in line for nearly the full 10 minutes another lane opens because 3 lanes and 20 people makes long lines.
