I love that this Publix hies special needs employees. I enjoyed meeting Natascha. She bagged my groceries and took them to my car. She told me she works hard, but feels so fortunate to have a job. We chatted about our cats and bonded. I tried to tip her but she refused to take it and said, “This is just a service we like to provide for our customers, but I will take a hug”. A HUGE thank you to ALL the staff that assisted my mother-in-law today when she had a low blood sugar in your store! Everyone was so patient. They got her a chair, then a wheel chair. No one panicked....everyone was amazing! Thank you for helping get her & our groceries in the car. I'm not typically on this side of town, but I'm thankful I was today! I'm sorry I didn't get specific names, I just wanted to get her home ;)
This has been my favorite grocery store since I moved to Oconee County 6 years ago. However, as of right now, I’ve been waiting on a home Delivery order for over 24 hours. It was my first delivery order, so I really didn’t know what to expect. 3 calls to Customer Service yesterday and a call to the store manager last night and still no response. I stop in every day on my way to work. I love to go in and get a drink and sit down and talk to people. Very nice place.
Please please hire more staff during dinner time hours at the Deli! Waiting 20 minutes for a sub is tough...
