Today I experienced the worst customer service. I know we are in the midst of a virus with social distancing etc but just because I was having a conversation with someone did not give Robert the right to be rude to me by saying people needed to get by. There was plenty of room for the rude woman to go around me without Robert joining in the rudeness. Employees saying they have medical conditions and are not wearing masks. If they are that sick, they don’t need to be working. Won’t be shopping Publix.
I love Publix and they have done a good job during the pandemic but the bakery has got to do better. Needed a birthday cake for same week of memorial weekend/graduation and I understand they are busy at this time but they took my order and my money with no problem but giving me a cake worth my time and money was a big problem .... I order a sugar cookie cake it was not ready 3 hours after pick up time , barely any icing, icing was not dyed and I was asked to accept white, writing was messy and hard to read, cookie was broken... read more
