Public subs are good, and they hot food is okay.
Sometimes the people in the deli can be quite rude, and then there are others that will really brighten your day. Overall the store always provides a decent experience. The store is always clean and fully stocked. One thing I would like them to pay more attention to is to stop leaving food that has dried out on the hot bar. It's not very appealing and doesn't show the good quality that the store has to offer. Other than that, always a pretty decent visit.
I ordered a Chantilly cake on Monday and received confirmation. This morning (Thursday) I received a reminder email that it would be waiting for pickup at 1:00. Went to pick it up (20 mile drive) today, no cake, they said they didn't have the order and the decorator was not there. They did not have anything to offer me. I asked them to call another store, they did and now I'm heading to the other side of town to get a cake. Never again will I order from this store.
