Today the cashier literally turned my shopping bag over (including eggs)because she was upset that I didn’t remove the items for her. She literally dumped all my items out. I understand that people are overwhelmed and have bad days...BUT the outright disregard baffles me. I’ve always shopped at this store because of the customer service and cleanliness. Never again.

I shop there all the time. I am a disabled veteran and have a obvious limp , it was at around 8:10pm , absolutely no employee offered to help me with my grocery purchase to my car , I actually had to put 6 bags of food on the floor and limp to the lobby for a buggy , this disturbs me very much , I shop there because of good quality food and great service , I am now going to shop at whole foods in Greenville SC, I think I may get better service there , sorry to lose this convenient location for poor customer service, I normal... read more
Go in for icebox cake and none. Lost count of how many times this happened in the last 2 months. Used to love shopping here, now it’s a nightmare. Get your act together Publix.
