I love Publix! It has great prices on all their food. It is a clean store! The parking lot is large. The staff is really nice.
I have been shopping here for 8 years and ever since Tim Bryant left the store has tanked. Then Publix opened a second store in north Crestview and sent everyone over there. Everyone is completely new and nothing is being ordered. The requests for product are not being fulfilled. And even the management has no idea where anything is. My family has shopped at Publix and filled prescriptions at Publix for 30+ years. This is the worst service I have ever had at any Publix. Normally I enjoy shopping here as you usually have everything; however, in your sale flyer you offer many items on sale Pumpkin Cheerios, Pepperidge Farm Pumpkin Spice Bread, BelVita Pumpkin spice cookies, Pumpkin Spice butter; however, when i shopped there today - there were none to be founds - disappointed.
Please publix send a rep here and shop the meat section. Old not packaged well or butchered well. Never stocked.
Everything has been moved, aisles away. No rhyme or reason to it, except they were ordered by corporate to mirror it to other Publix stores. Looking for Ancient Harvest pasta shells, no longer being carried. The few Ancient Harvest items they do carry are on the cookie aisle, not the aisle with the rest of the pasta. Absolutely no sense to this at all.I didn't bother to search for any thing else.
