Very disappointed in this Publix. I have been trying to get a specialty item ordered.I started at customer service, they filled out the paperwork and promised i would get a response.10 days go by and no response. Stopped in the store, customer service said they did not have an answer but promised to get back to me. No response for another week. Stopped in and talked to a manager, told him what I needed and why it was important. He wrote my name down and took my phone number. What happened you guessed it, nothing. No response... read more
RecommendedOur tire was flat in the parking lot and the store manager (Jason) went out of his way to help put on our spare tire in 100 degree weather!! Great store and even greater customer service

Today(05/30/2018), I visited Publix at Belle Terre Crossings to pick up a few items for dinner. Once inside the store I realized that I'd left a box of diapers in my car that i'd been intending to exchange for a larger size. Being that it was raining, I decided to first check the diaper aisle to ensure thy had the size I needed before running back into the rain to grab mine. Best Publix in town! I moved almost to Ormond Beach and still drive up to this Publix. The staff is amazing. Whenever I have an issue it is dealt with and they truly seem to care. Great cashiers, baggers, and overall staff.
Apparently you have to order online if you want to get food from the deli at this Publix because waiting in line behind the counter is not going to be the solution to your hunger they’re going to tell you no we can’t help you right now for lunch thanks Publix...�
How you can run a grocery store and run out of supplies to make sandwiches is beyond me. The bare minimum couldn’t even. Be provided. Way to drop the ball publix.
Yet again, the deli department has proven just how incompetent they are. I really had hoped they had improved in the year since I was last in this store. Guess not.
