RecommendedI went to Perimeter this morning and the front end manager was extremely rude. It was bad enough she was yelling at employees as I’m walking up to the store . The experience was horrible . I tried the other Publix . From entering into the store the lady spoke . The workers were very helpful . The cashiers were very customer service oriented. They were trained well. Always have a nice and helpful staff.
They are not using the rules. I don’t agree with what they are doing. People are everywhere. They don’t listen and the employees are at risk. I’m sorry but do what needs to be done. Went to your store today and not been in a few weeks. I was very impressed with everything clean and wiped down. Staff was very pleasant. Was an awesome week outing. Thank you
I'm very disappointed in this store's lack of attention to social distancing. Other stores have made changes such as putting markers on the floor where people should stand when in line and making aisles one way to encourage social distancing. Today I saw that Publix hasn't done anything like this. They are just wiping down carts. I won't be back until they make some changes.

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Publix on baytree because they have amazing customer service! I have grown up shopping at Publix I have always thought they are great but the service I received today was above and beyond. I currently can’t lift so an associate in produce was happy to help me and then also at the registers the cashier and bagger were super kind and also helped me to my car! I just wanted to say thank you!!!
Our cashier thought it was more important to chat with the person in front of us than help process ever growing lines. This after they just had to open a new register. The lady only bought gift cards but he took 3x longer than any other line on her gift cards than on other’s groceries. I was in no rush but it still upset me that he had no sense of urgency to help get customers processed and about their day. Lines were growing long and patience begins wearing thin.
