Parking lot supervisor rude with disabilities
Very clean store. Staff is absolutely amazingly friendly. Been in SRQ a month and I love this store. I’m from Buffalo. That being said, Wegmans will forever be number 1.

Employee disregarded the public’s health by coughing uncontrollably into his bare hand and then used that hand to stock food inside a case without washing or sanitizing his hand first.
If it weren't for the Bogos, I would never shop at Publix. I was at the Publix at University Park was charged for both items on a BOGO. I tried to explain to the customer service rep that refunding me the get-one-free item was not enough. That since the mistake was at the register, I was supposed to get both items free, since just refunding me the erroneous charge was not consistent with the "Publix Promise."
