If I could give publix bakery a zero star I would. I ordered a cake and cup cakes for my daughter's birthday party. The cup cakes are not what I ordered. The cake it by far the worst cake I have ever got anywhere. The icing is literally falling off the cake. I will NEVER use publix bakery ever again.
I was treated very rudely yesterday at Publix by an employee when I asked if he was checking out at his station. He replied," I had too much in my cart for him. I said, "Well...you need to open up more than 2 cash registers since people are lined up all of the way to the back of the store." (This was early 7am morning check out for seniors.) His reply--"IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE." Believe me...if it had been any other time than the situation we have right now during the Coronavirus situation...I would have done so. ... read more

I'll never set foot in this store again. They refused to make us a cake with a flag of the Stars and Bars on it. First they were okay with it and then two days before we needed it they called and said no. Thanks to Bilo for stepping up.
Huge shout out to Maddie in the bakery. I needed a custom birthday cake for a combined birthday party and she nailed it!!! The cake like everything else we get from Publix was incredible!

6.12.2017 @ 9:20 PM...I stopped at Publix to purchase chicken tenders as I normally do. The Deli looked closed and I ask a male behind the counter and he stated the Deli was closed. He also said I could get some in 30 minutes. I was instructed your store was open until 10PM. Not according to the employee working in the Deli.....I'll see if Ingles does better.......
Love shopping at store clean friendly an have good deals. Fresh breads ECT. Love customers . An location is good thanks for being here
