My wife ordered pickup from Instacart. Two items were missing, no big deal. She goes to the manager (?) who accuses her of cancelling the items (i.e. lying) and gives her a bunch of attitude. She grabs one of the two items. My wife asks for the second and the manager huffs and rolls her eyes. My wife just left without the second item we paid for.
