I don't know what has happened to this store, I have been shopping there for more than 20 years. But in the last 2 years, the quality and service are just terrible. Mostly, I am exhausted with mistakes in my bill and lack of product. At least 50% of the time, I am overcharged $10 for items that are incorrect. In addition, they are out of at least 2-3 things on my list-many that are in the weekly ad. Please don't put items in the ad if you are not going to have them. I meal plan around those specials. Store #240 @ 12th St and US-1 . I want to thank Jasmine that works in the Deli area for taking the time to make me a 7 layer salad. I'm allergic to Chicken and You made my day. I normally shop @ South Vero. BUT every time I go in there for a salad they don't have any nor do they offer to make any so I won't shop there anymore. Your store has all my business. Thank you again
I've always enjoyed shopping at Publix because their stores are always neat & shoppable and their employees are always pleasant and helpful. I was in there just this morning getting some last minute items before the hurricane and Publix was surprisingly open and furthermore the employees were working hard and all still very kind & courteous. I appreciate that. Excellent staff and excellent store!
My 5 year old son just had his tonsils & adenoids removed and all he wants is mint ice cream but all the mint ice creams have chocolate chips and he can't swallow those :( Brad was in the frozen section and asked what I was looking for so I explained and told him not to worry about it because they probably didn't make what I was looking for. Absolutely love the company for its dedication to the communities they are in, to charities, their customers and their employees. This is my favorite store. Still getting used to the layout, because it was changed, but everyone is more than happy to step up and ask if need help, etc. Great store. Clean, fully stocked. Great choices. Love the BOGO specials too!!!
My go-to store...always friendly & helpful staff. Clean & organized store...I can always count on them to be there when I need them.
