I ordered a Chicken tender wrap and the chicken was not cooked all the way!
Deli service is horrible. Pregnant and was treated like complete trash!!!
Poor customer service. Consistently unstocked produce sections. Regularly purchased products removed often completely with no comparable replacements (6 items I purchase each visit have been removed since 1-1-18). Disinterested management and employees that show little no regard for customers concerns. Inflated prices. Very poorly managed deli (on 4-13-18 I found 3 packs of guacamole with an expiration of 12-3-17). Need I go on?

A month ago or so, I left a comment card at the Publix asking if they could get a Caroline's cart as my son is handicapped and I love these carts for their accessibility. My son is too big for the carts that look like little cars. I just received a call from the store manager saying that they now have it. That is service at its best.THANK YOU. I have spread the word among my special needs parents Facebook group that I am in. They all wish the Publix grocery stores closest to them had these carts
