My husband and I ordered subs tonight and I unfortunately could not eat mine when he got home. I ordered a Philly cheese with extra cheese, mushrooms and onions. The cheese was totally stuck to the paper,there were 2 little pieces of barely cooked mushroom pieces and enough onions that we basically raw to turn my stomach. I could not eat my dinner. The manager Joe handled my call professionally but me driving 15 minutes back to the store was not an option. I am am not a happy customer. We literally have no food in the house ... read more
