The technicians at this pharmacy do not care about their customers well being they would rather postpone filling a 90 day script and lie to their customers and tell them “our system is down” when it wasn’t! Right now I'm giving you a one star cause is the least I could give you. Hospital called in medication on Thursday when they were discharging my husband from hospital following a stroke, 3 medicine were called in, only able to pick one up because they didn't have the other two( mind you whatever happen to calling your other pharmacy and see if they have it in stock) went in yesterday (Friday) and again able to pick one up because the other one wasn't available and they had to order it, (again why didn't they reach out to the... read more
It’s getting too long to get medications, even if it’s a stat drug, often 2-4 days to get them
My goal is to be financially able to only shop at Publix.
Most of the time the ladies are helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists could use a little customer service training but the staff are usually very pleasant to speak with.
