I have not gotten my prescription for me
Fun place to shop, very Senior Friendly and a great Deli and Bakery.
Worst pharmacy. It’s always, “we’re short staffed”. Figure it out, not my problem you can’t train and hire reliable people. This time I thought I was being smart by calling for an eta before going to get my prescription. Nope, showed up 30 minutes after the time they said it’d be ready and still waited for over 20 mins. 2 pharmacist and a tech, no customers and they still can’t get it right.
They use to be great! But this past year their customer service has been horrible. I understand that they deal with difficult people all the time. I work with customers all day long. But how I have been treated this year. I will be finding a new pharmacy.
