after receiving a text that one of my meds was ready I went to pick up two prescriptions, I had called prior to going to pharmacy and informed that both would be ready when I arrived. Ryan was the pharmacist who spoke to me, didnt even bother to see if my second meds was ready, he was rude, unaccomodating, unprofessional. This is the second time i had the same experience with Ryan I am transferring my prescriptions to another location I complained to Frank the manager and he checked and in fact my prescription was ready.
