Friendly staff and I enjoy the text notifications that my Rx is ready, but you should advise that you are closed for lunch between 2-3 on your open/closed schedule online.
Poor susie was so very helpful. She was patience with my problem about my med price. Keep her smile and it all worked out.
I'm normally very happy with this pharmacy. My 90 yr grandmother, 72 yr old father, and I only use this pharmacy. Their recent negligence cost me a call to EMS. The medications I was very patiently waiting for weeks never made it. I was told their truck got turned around. I went into severe withdrawal because this medication cannot be stopped abruptly. 2 nights ago my heart rate was 144, my blood pressure tanked to 77/56, crawling on the floor vomiting. I called EMS. They wanted me to go to the hospital, but I couldn't leave... read more
Staff unprofessional. Pharmacy denied a persons prescription and was going back and forth with the customer while being rude. The whole interaction was unprofessional while the manager stood by Karissa with a grin. Weird. Im going elsewhere to get my prescriptions filled.
Unprofessional. Staff needs training in ethics and law.
