Staff unprofessional. Pharmacy denied a persons prescription and was going back and forth with the customer while being rude. The whole interaction was unprofessional while the manager stood by Karissa with a grin. Weird. Im going elsewhere to get my prescriptions filled.
Unprofessional. Staff needs training in ethics and law.
Karissa and staff go the extra mile for customers. I wouldn't go any where else for my pharmaceutical needs.
I would like to report a serious incident involving Clarissa, a pharmacist at the Publix on Wilmington Island where I fill my prescriptions. During a recent phone call, she spoke to me in an unprofessional and accusatory manner. She stated that I was ordering medication “like it’s going out of style,” said she was going to report me, and then abruptly hung up on me. I realize the pharmacy is a separate operation (per the store manager) and has nothing to do with him. But, there's nowhere else to leave a review. I've been a customer of this pharmacy from day one literally. Service has always been excellent but has DEFINITLY chaged now. I have a severe injury and walking is very difficult, so I followed the instructions on the website to prepay. I was asked to pick in store pickup, curbside pickup, etc. I chose curbside pickup.
