I'm normally very happy with this pharmacy. My 90 yr grandmother, 72 yr old father, and I only use this pharmacy. Their recent negligence cost me a call to EMS. The medications I was very patiently waiting for weeks never made it. I was told their truck got turned around. I went into severe withdrawal because this medication cannot be stopped abruptly. 2 nights ago my heart rate was 144, my blood pressure tanked to 77/56, crawling on the floor vomiting. I called EMS. Staff unprofessional. Pharmacy denied a persons prescription and was going back and forth with the customer while being rude. The whole interaction was unprofessional while the manager stood by Karissa with a grin. Weird. Im going elsewhere to get my prescriptions filled.
Unprofessional. Staff needs training in ethics and law.
Karissa and staff go the extra mile for customers. I wouldn't go any where else for my pharmaceutical needs.
I would like to report a serious incident involving Clarissa, a pharmacist at the Publix on Wilmington Island where I fill my prescriptions. During a recent phone call, she spoke to me in an unprofessional and accusatory manner. She stated that I was ordering medication “like it’s going out of style,” said she was going to report me, and then abruptly hung up on me.
