Shonda was super helpful in figuring out what was up with my insurance/PA status. The staff is always extremely friendly even at peak times. I appreciate everyone who works here so much!
Dropped off of prescription and was very disappointed in how rude the lady was at the prescription drop off. I know they're busy but she was very rude and short with me. All she had to do was say ma'am I'm so sorry I can't get your prescription ready any sooner but we are working hard to take care of all our customers. Terrible customer service.
Always friendly and courteous in the pharmacy. Often times takes a few mins to get Rx’s when you walk in with the script in hand (20-30 mins), but no issues with refills processed on line. Always had a pleasant experience with the rest of the store / services as well.
