I just want to commend this pharmacy team on 84 West main street Dothan Alabama on Wednesday night I just asked a question to the tech (the team had a conclave) I have been in pain for months after a bad sprain to my left leg ..2 sets of x rays nothing broken even two circulatory and heart function tests all normal . If I could give Publix Westway Pharmacy zero stars — or even a negative rating — I absolutely would. Most of the employees (not all, but most) are consistently rude. There is one older woman with curly hair in particular who is always unpleasant, and seeing her honestly ruins my day every time I have to deal with her. They take an unreasonable amount of time to fill prescriptions — sometimes days — unless you constantly follow up. I live in Georgia and traveling for work. My dentist called in an antibiotic for a possible infection. I never received a text that it was ready by late afternoon (all of my local Publix pharmacies in GA take about 10 minutes to fill a prescription) and it had been several hours by this point. I called in and the woman said she wasn’t sure if they received it but she would look and fill it if it was there. I asked her to look to make sure since I don’t live here. Finally transferring my prescriptions somewhere else after the last few years of declining customer service. The last straw was when I had to call my insurance to see why they weren't covering a refill. I was told that the pharmacy had put in the wrong code.
